Welcome to Travelsun LTD. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking or using our services.

⚠️ Important Note: These terms apply to all bookings made through Travelsun LTD. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Our Services

Travelsun LTD acts as a travel intermediary, connecting customers with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers. We strive to offer the best flight deals and travel packages but do not operate the flights or accommodation ourselves. We are not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of third-party providers.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability. Once you confirm a booking, we will provide you with a confirmation email containing your booking details. Please review all details carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

2.2 Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All prices are quoted in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

2.3 Deposits

For certain bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required. The deposit amount will be clearly stated at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the specified due date, or your booking may be cancelled.

3. Pricing and Fees

All prices displayed on our website or quoted over the phone are subject to change without notice. Prices are confirmed only at the time of full payment. The following fees may apply:

  • Service Fee: A nominal service fee may be added to bookings.
  • Payment Processing Fee: Applicable for certain payment methods.
  • Amendment Fee: Charges for changes to existing bookings.
  • Cancellation Fee: As outlined in Section 4 below.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 Flight Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by airline and fare type. Some tickets are non-refundable, while others may allow cancellation with a fee. We will inform you of the applicable cancellation policy before you confirm your booking. Refunds, if applicable, may take 7-14 business days to process.

4.2 Package Holiday Cancellations

For package holidays, standard cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit
  • 59-30 days before departure: 50% of total cost
  • 29-15 days before departure: 75% of total cost
  • 14 days or less before departure: 100% of total cost

4.3 Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

5. Changes and Amendments

If you wish to change your booking (e.g., travel dates, destination, passenger names), an amendment fee of £25 per change may apply, in addition to any fees charged by the airline or travel provider. Name changes are often not permitted after booking. Please contact us as soon as possible to request changes.

6. Passports, Visas, and Documentation

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity beyond your return date), appropriate visas, travel insurance, and any other required documentation for your destination. Travelsun LTD is not liable for any refusal of entry, denied boarding, or other issues arising from inadequate documentation.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical expenses, baggage loss, and other potential disruptions. Travelsun LTD is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of adequate insurance coverage.

8. Flight Delays and Cancellations by Airline

Flight schedules, delays, and cancellations are determined by the airline. Travelsun LTD is not responsible for any flight disruptions. In such cases, your rights are governed by the airline’s terms and applicable regulations (such as EU Regulation 261/2004 for flights departing from the EU). We will assist you in contacting the airline but cannot guarantee compensation.

9. Health and Safety Requirements

It is your responsibility to check and comply with all health requirements for your destination, including vaccinations, COVID-19 testing, and quarantine regulations. Requirements may change without notice. Travelsun LTD is not liable for any refusal of travel or entry due to non-compliance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travelsun LTD shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services.
  • Any acts, errors, or omissions of third-party providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
  • Any loss or damage resulting from flight delays, cancellations, overbooking, or strikes.
  • Any loss of baggage, personal injury, or illness during travel.
  • Any loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant booking.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, or adverse weather conditions.

12. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Travelsun LTD and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

13. User Conduct

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information.
  • Attempt to bypass any security features.
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of our website.

14. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (airlines, hotels, payment gateways). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these external sites.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
